Ok, so this one was posted as a question in the All About the Addicted Series and Krista and Becca Ritchie FB Group. Here are the six characters' heights and build, from short to tall:
The Men --
- Loren is 6'2" He's ripped with a runner's build
- Ryke is 6'3" He's ripped with an athletic build
- Connor is 6'4" He's ripped with the natural "this is my body. I'm just fucking hot" look
The Women --
- Lily is around 5'5''-5'6" She's bony and stick thin
- Rose is 5'8'' She's curvy, small C-boobs, and big hips/big butt
- Daisy is 5'11'' She's athletically thin

Here's another question posted in the All About the Addicted Series and Krista and Becca Ritchie FB Group. Here is how the authors came up with the titles for Rose and Daisy's book, and they reveal whether or not they design their own book covers, in Becca's words:
Krista designed the covers for Kiss the Sky, Hothouse Flower, Ricochet and Thrive.
We came up with the title "Kiss the Sky" because it really encompassed the ambition of Rose and Connor. And we figured out what "Hothouse Flower" means -- a person who needs special conditions to thrive -- and thought it fit well with Daisy and Ryke's story.
Plus, you know, Daisy's name is a flower. And "Meadows" We're easily amused by words.

Since Hothouse Flower starts in September shortly after Ryke turns 25 (see Fizz Life Q&A post on this here), I'm assuming the birthday the whole gang will be celebrating is Lo's since his birthday is on Halloween.

A little fun fact about Connor's eyes: When Connor was initially introduced in Addicted to You, he was described having brown eyes. But in the rest of the books, he has blue eyes. It was an error of consistency that Krista & Becca missed in their reviews. You can find this little tid bit of information here.
