This quote just about sums it up nicely for me. This is one of the big reasons why I love this book. The underlying message to be yourself in a world where anything and everyone is constantly labeled is one of the strong points in this book for me.

Rose…she’s something fierce. There is no other character like her in anything I’ve read. Her intelligence and confidence…she will always be an inspiration.

Then Connor, oh my gosh, Connor. He’s come a long way from being an asexual sponge. I think Connor and Ryke are the icing on the cake in this story. Just when I thought I couldn’t possibly love them more, Krista & Becca give me a thousand more reasons to. I can’t find a good way to write this review without spoiling the plot. I don’t know how to articulate my feelings for this book. There are so many rare moments that you just have to experience for yourself.

The bond between the 6 main characters is even stronger. The love between them is indestructible. I want to be a part of their family. I want their story to continue and I can’t wait to read more of what lies ahead for Ryke and Daisy in the final book *sobs* of the series, Long Way Down.

Amour Amour on Paperback and Addicted Series on Audiobook!

I have a couple of pretty big and exciting news to share with you.

First, it has occurred to me that I haven't really rant and raved about what an awesome book Amour Amour is.  Well, IT IS!!!  Amour Amour is Krista & Becca's first published book outside of the Addicted Series.  The setting is in Las Vegas and it's about a girl who risks it all and goes after her dreams. 

The beginning of the story pulled me in much like the beginning of Addicted to You did.  I was completely hooked after the first chapter!  And boy, were there some pretty hot and steamy scenes in this book!  Not only that, but it's also set in the same universe as the Addicted world!!  So, you'll see mentions of the Addicted gang as well as some other things from the Addicted Series.

End of Year Addicted Series Giveaway!

To help celebrate the end of 2013, welcome the New Year, and to help promote the Addicted series, I'm holding a giveaway!  This giveaway will be open through 1/4/2014.

I started this fan page in November, shortly after reading Addicted to You and Ricochet.  I immediately fell in love with this series and haven't really been able to explain all the reasons why.  One of these days, I will sit down and write all about it; but for now, I can tell you that the main reason is the unconditional love that Lily and Lo have for each other.  Especially, how much Lo loves Lily.  I mean, Lily has done some pretty disturbing things in her past (major cringe-worthy things that make my skin crawl) and yet Lo's undying love remains.  If you've read the books, you know that Lily has always loved Lo, but was just too afraid to lose what they have and was too selfish (actually, they were both too selfish) and didn't want anything to get in the way of her addiction.

As you may know, Addicted for Now was just released on paperback and the authors have decided to release Ricochet on paperback as well (it was initially going to be available on ebook only), which will be available for purchase soon.  The first of two spinoffs, Kiss the Sky, will be released on January 24, 2014.  The second spinoff, Hothouse Flower, will be released sometime in February 2014.

I've been trying to spread the word about these books and I thought, what better way than to have a giveaway?
