About the Authors
Becca Ritchie claims she's from Mystic Falls, but really, she lives in Atlanta where humidity is her greatest foe. She loves comic books, blue nail polish and Jonathan Taylor Thomas circa 1995. I have so many favorite scenes in Kiss the Sky but I loved Connor's lap dance for Rose. Practically I love every scene with Rose and Connor.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, that lap dance is definitely unforgettable. It's funny that Krista & Becca initially had Rose in mind to do the lap dance. But everything changed when they got to writing that part. I'm not complaining...I love when things change for the better :D

ReplyDeleteI know right! I love all 6 characters and Krista & Becca did such an amazing job writing such a complex book! I hear Hothouse Flower was initially supposed to just focus on Ryke and Daisy, but now we'll get to see more of our beloved Lil, Lo, Rose and Connor in it too!
DeleteEvery love scene for Rose and Connor was off the charts hot! But my favorite part was finding out Lily and Lo's wedding became Rose and Connor's!
ReplyDeleteOh I know!!!! Totally wasn't expecting that and Krista & Becca did good at keeping that a surprise! I had absolutely no idea that was going to happen. I love the ending to KTS! Well, except for Scott not getting what he deserves.
DeleteI loved the entire book and I'm not sure I could pick one favorite scene, but the first two that popped into my head when I thought about it where the lap dance scene and the scene were Connor and everyone else surprise her at Lily and Lo's wedding.
ReplyDeleteYes! I think those 2 scenes are definitely the most memorable (or the most talked about) in KISS THE SKY!
Deletemy favorite part is when lo and lily come running down the stairs arguing about whos comics arrived....also when they are doing their self defense practice and lily is wearing her hat and climbs up Lo when the cat comes in the room....I love them even though the book focused on Rose and Connor lol :)

DeleteRichard. I loved when Rose used Connor's birth name when she was upset. I smiled every time I read those parts. I also loved the use of French throughout the book too. It was like Connor was stripping down Rose's defense when he whispered French in her ear. LOVE!
