It's hard to believe that it's been 2 years since I started this Fan Page blog in honor of my crazy
As you may know, the (almost) last book of the series, Long Way Down , just released a few days ago. I am so incredibly proud of Krista & Becca Ritchie for reaching this huge milestone and cannot thank them enough for bringing Lily, Lo, Rose, Connor, Daisy, Ryke and Willow and Garrison into our lives and sharing their story with us. I am completely amazed at how much these books have come to mean to some people and we now have a pretty big group (Fizzle Force) to fangirl with!
Over the past couple of years, I've met some pretty incredible people and have made lifelong friends who share the same love and passion for this series and for many other unforgettable stories and books out there. It's all thanks to Krista & Becca and their wonderful books!
Krista & Becca have set the standard for down-to-earth, approachable, and laid back authors for me that I always find myself comparing every single author I meet to them. They are two of the most lovable people I've met and I constantly thank my lucky stars to have met them and to have them in my life! To (semi) quote Lily -- I'm certain that in every alternate universe, I'm always, always in love with them and their books.
Okay, so enough sappy stuff from me. Time for the fun part!

My favorite couple has to be Lily & Lo. I just love their story, their friendship, how they get eachother and support eachother. Watching them face all their problems together and never letting their love fade was amazing.
ReplyDeleteAs of my favorite books, i'm stuck between Addicted After All and Long Way Down. AAA was just such a beautiful ending to lily and lo's love story and we get to see them as a family and making all their dreams come true, so i guess it has to be my #1
Most of all, I love Lily & Lo because their love for each other was storng enough to overcome their addictions. I respect them for that big time. And my favorite? I cannot decide between Addicted For Now and Kiss the Sky :)
ReplyDeleteLiLo is my favorite couple!! I love how they fiercely love each other and their unconditional support as they fought their own addictions. In terms of my favorite book, it's either Addicted After All or Fuel the Fire.

I love Addicted for Now - the who dunnit aspect was so intriguing. I love Kiss the Sky - Connor really surprised me.
I love Hothouse Flower because I got to know Ryke better and gah!
I loved Fuel the Fire - to see the couples as parents.
But Long Way Down was just so good. So heart-wrenching. But I loved seeing how far all the characters have come from the very beginning. OMG. That epilogue. Blew. Me. Away!
I can't wait for Some Kind of Perfect.
I just started to read Long Way Down, so my CURRENT favorite couple is Raisy. My favorite is always the one I'm reading at the moment... or Loren and Connor :)

And i absolutely loove Moffy , he is the cutest!!! <3 . for that reason my favorite Book is Addicted After All...cause they finally had their Happily Ever After :)

Lily and Lo are without a doubt my favorite couple because I can relate to them the most. And my favorite book.. they're all so amazing but I think Addicted After All is my favorite.

They've grown so much since the first book and watching them grow and love each other was one of the most beautiful things I've read. My favorite book? So hard to chose, love them all! But I'd have to go with Addicted After All (and Long Way Down is battling to first place)

LiLo is my favorite couple! Because a happy couple is not a 'perfect couple' that comes together, but an imperfect couple that learns to enjoy each other's differences, and works together every day to create something special.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite couple hands down has to be Gillow, Garrison and willow. Quite frankly I can't explain why in correct sentences, although i can say that I think it's because they're the same age as me. furthermore they are also relatable to me personally on many levels in comparison to the other characters in the series, mainly because they have more 'normal' lives. There are many more reasons why, but it would take me too long to write them down. I also love the other members of the Addicted gang too! *hugs*
I can't choose my favorite couple between LiLo and Raisy. I love LiLo because of their history together. They've known each other almost their whole lives. I always wish I had a best friend since childhood who later turned into my boyfriend. They're very lucky.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite couple is probably Coballoway, they are so different and complex than any other couple I've ever read about and I really appreciate how different they are. Also they are super HOT together. My favorite book in the series is definitely Addicted After All. Lily&Lo go through so many obstacles in this series and it's amazing to see how far they've come and how much they've grown. I love them so much and they deserve every little bit of happiness.
My favorite couple would definitely be Connor and Rose, because I am so much like Rose - fiercely independent. I have always been so afraid of falling in love and needing someone that i happened to push my ex-boyfriend away. Rose gives me so much more confidence and helped me to realize that it is OKAY to have confidence in your intellectualism and you do not have to put it on the back burner because you fear people thinking you are a bitch or too demanding. I'm just patiently waiting for my Connor. :)

My favorite couple if LiLo, I love them because Lily is so much like me (personality wise) and they were the first couple I met and fell in love with. ReplyDeleteTo me, Rose and Connor are constantly on my mind that whenever I encounter any situation I'd be thinking in my head " What would Rose and Connor do?" Rose inspires me so much as she's always so strong and independent she takes no shit from anyone. (: I love her so much as I relate to her alot since we have similar personalities however I'm not as strong as her. Hence whenever I feel down (which is quite frequent) I'd think, what would Rose say/encourage me to do or think and I'd feel so much better. Connor, I just love him so much for his ability to hold everything down and the capability to love and care for the people around him so selflessly (even though he'd never admit it) and of course his brickwall-strong relationship with Rose is admirable and loving♡♡
Thus, my favorite book would be Fuel The Fire,duh, cos Coballoway♡((: I admire Rose so much for loving all of Connor and their stable like rock relationship and always staying there for each other. I had a huge epiphany in one of the scenes in the book where Connor expressed how he hates how people are constricted behind the labels given to them by society and that he only loves human being, for their beautiful soul deep within and there's on who you are. It struck me so hard emotionally as I've always been neutral on the lgbt community however this made me feel so strongly for them about how difficult and disgusting it must be to be stuck behind words that people use to label you because they can't figure out a way to accept you fully. This book made me love Rose and Connor even more (which i didn't know was possible) as no matter what obstacles they go through, they stick by each other with Jane in tow. Simply said, they are my inspiration. Rose and Connor reminds me of who I should be and to always stay strong no matter what. They exists in the deepest parts of my heart and I don't think that I'll ever be able to forget them or the whole crew as they mean everything to me and they constantly keep me going♡

ReplyDeleteI love all of the characters, all of them have a place in my heart and I have learn many things from them. But my favorite couple is Ryke and Daisy, let me explain why, I love a good story about best friends to lovers, so of course I love Lilo and I also love a enemies to lovers kind of relationship and Coballoway is the perfect one. But Ryke and Daisy are so good together, they were both lonely people, they both felt out of place and like they didn't belong where they were, they both had to deal with a million different things growing up, and I admire how strong they are together and apart. I love the way Ryke takes care of Daisy and how she makes Ryke feel loved and taken care of. I don't know but I just love them, they are perfect!!

Hothouse Flower and Long Way Down, there was so much character development for Ryke and Daisy in these books, we really get to see them and to read from their PoV was amazing and heartbreaking. I love Hothouse Flower because it is the beginning of their love and I love Long Way Down because I know they are okay and still madly in love with each other.

And my favourite is, well ... the part /book I read the said moment. But if I have to choose one, maybe it's Addicted to you, because there is where all began.

Fuel The Fire is my FAVORITE. It's darker and more emotional than the others. My favorite couple is Rose and Connor. They're intelligent, odd, a bit quirky and I love that they don't fit a traditional mold. I like that they are responsible and believe in their ability to be able to fix anything. It's impossible to choose just one book, I loved them all, this is one of my favorite series I've ever read.. I really don't know but probably the first book from each of the couples' povs.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite couple is Raisy, I've just always loved Ryke since he appeared on the series and he's just so strong and loyal and gorgeous and the way he is with Daisy is just perfect! And Daisy, Daisy rocks, she's so carefree and adventures in the beggining and then she goes through so much and still comes out on top, stronger than ever and happy with her family. God the ending of Long Way Down was perfect , the whole book was a turmoil of feelings but it was beyond perfect!! I'm just sad the series is over �� but at least we'll still get to read about their kids, I think tha's gonna be pretty amazing to. xo
